When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders are scheduled to ship approximately one week prior to the official release date. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire shipment will be held until the pre-order item is available.

What is your return policy for physical media?

We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed Blu-rays, DVDs, and merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns for opened media unless the disc is confirmed to be defective.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Severin Films ships worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT taxes imposed by their local government upon arrival.

My order arrived with a damaged slipcover. Can I get a replacement?

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives with significant damage, please contact our support team with photos. Please note that minor corner dings or shelf wear are common in transit and may not qualify for a full replacement.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been processed and scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update.

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?

During high-volume periods like our Midyear or Black Friday sales, we are unable to combine separate orders. During normal periods, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist if the orders have not yet hit the packing floor.
