At Severin Films, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your physical media purchases; however, returns are generally only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a claim for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your disc or collectible item.
- 2.Provide Proof
Attach clear photos or videos demonstrating the damage to the packaging or playback issues encountered with the media.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on whether the item needs to be shipped back to our warehouse.
- 4.Resolution
After we receive your returned item or verify the defect, we will ship out a replacement copy or issue a refund to your original payment method.
